Who Should Attend?

For an intermediate to advanced audience

James has served in Support, Customer Success, Implementation, and Consulting roles at three different SaaS companies. One commonality among all of these roles was the constant struggle to get users to change and adopt a new platform. He was curious to learn why this was always the case and how he could best help, so he obtained a ProSci change management certification and began learning from those who successfully crossed the hurdle. As a pre-sales consultant at HubSpot, his passion is planning, executing, and maintaining a successful platform change — however complex or straightforward it may seem.
