Arrival & Transportation — When you arrive at the Green Bay airport, call the Lodge Kohler shuttle to arrange pickup: 920-327-4614. If you’re driving, here’s Lodge Kohler’s address: 1950 S Ridge Rd, Green Bay, WI 54304

Welcome Happy Hour — Join us at BelAir Cantina on Sunday, May 18 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM for a casual kickoff with fellow speakers and team members. It’s within walking distance of Lodge Kohler: 1025 Lombardi Ave Suite 100, Green Bay, WI 54303

Monday, May 19

Event Agenda — You can find your presentation time here. Green Bay and Milwaukee follow the same agenda. 

Green Bay Event Day — Please head over to the American Family Gate at Lambeau Field by 7:45 am. The hotel shuttle will be ready to transport you at 7:40 am.  Registration and breakfast start at 8:00 am. Lambeau Field is located at 1265 Lombardi Ave, Green Bay, WI 54304. When you arrive, park in Lot 4 (Lombardi Avenue) and enter through the American Family Insurance gate.

  • Luggage: You can store your bags at the Concierge Desk near the event registration tables
  • Lambeau Tour: Don’t miss the iconic experience! Meet us by the bar at 4:30 PM on for a guided tour of Lambeau Field.
  • Reimbursement Checks: Travel reimbursement will be handed out at the event. If you need it mailed sooner, please email Kelly Wilhelme at Weidert Group (kwilhelme@weidert.com) with your mailing address.
  • Speaker Dinner: We’ll gather for dinner after the Lambeau tour at 1919 Kitchen & Tap inside Lambeau Field. This is a great chance to connect with fellow speakers and hosts.
  • Transportation: We will provide transportation from Lambeau to the Iron Horse Hotel in Milwaukee. Details will be confirmed at the speaker dinner. Iron Horse Hotel address: 500 W Florida St, Milwaukee, WI 53204

Tuesday, May 20

Milwaukee Event Day — Meet in the lobby at 7:30 am for transportation to Harley-Davidson Museum. Registration and breakfast start at 8:00 am. Harley-Davidson is located at 400 Canal Street, Milwaukee, WI 53203. Enter through the Rumble Room entrance (near Motor Bar & Restaurant) and take the elevator or stairs up to the 2nd floor.

  • Luggage: You can store your bags at the registration tables if you are not staying overnight on May 20.
  • Transportation: For those departing Wednesday, we will provide transportation back to the Iron Horse hotel at the end of the event on Tuesday. Please use a ride-share or taxi service to the Milwaukee airport when you need to depart. It is a 15-30 minute ride.

Presentation Deck 

Due Friday, May 9

We will have a shared laptop in each room with your presentation loaded. Let us know if you prefer to use your own laptop. (We still need a PDF of your presentation as a backup and to share with attendees after the event.)

Presentation guidelines:

  • We prefer you share a Google Slides presentation. If you want to use Keynote or PowerPoint, it's better if you use your laptop to prevent font issues.
  • If you will have audio or video embedded in your presentation, you must let us know in advance.
  • The laptop will be on a podium so you can see your slides and you will have a clicker available to advance slides when not at the podium.
