Promo Video for Social & Website
Due February 16
To promote your session and to help attendees get to know you, please send us a short video. We'll post it on social and embed it on your speaker page.
Video guidelines:
- Length: approximately 60 seconds
- Introduce yourself
- Summarize your Experience Inbound topic and explain what attendees will learn
- Close with an invitation for people to attend: “Hope to you see you there!” “Come see me at Experience Inbound.”
- OPTIONAL: Something interesting about yourself. Any hobbies? Have you been to Lambeau Field or a have any connection to Wisconsin? Does your pet want to say hello?
- Here's a sample from a past year
Our team will add branding and music as well as clean up any long pauses. Feel free to be creative in showing the audience who you are and why they should attend your session.
No time to shoot a video? If you send us an existing speaking video, we can fill in the blanks with text and use your video as b-roll.
Send video to Mary (mrockman@weidert.com).

Presentation Deck
Due April 17
We will have a shared laptop in each room with your presentation loaded. Let us know if you prefer to use your own laptop. If you are using your own laptop, we still need a PDF of your presentation as a backup and to share with attendees after the event (unless your contract prohibits).
Presentation guidelines:
- We prefer you share a Google Slides presentation. If you want to use Keynote or PowerPoint, it's better if you use your laptop to prevent font issues.
- If you will have audio or video embedded in your presentation, you must let us know in advance.
Email your presentation to Mary (mrockman@weidert.com).
