We’re looking forward to your presentation at Experience Inbound 2026! Please note the following deadlines and see below for details and submission links.

Presentation Guidelines & Submittal
We are putting together an industry report, which includes a survey of event attendees' biggest challenges. We will continue to collect responses during the event and publish a report afterwards. You may find the initial results of the survey helpful to understand the audience. You can access the initial survey results here (it will continue to update as more responses are received).
Deadline: Decks Due Friday, April 17
Presentation guidelines:
- We prefer you share a Google Slides presentation and use the event's laptop. However, if you use Keynote or PowerPoint, it's better if you use your laptop to prevent font issues. If you are using your own laptop, we still need a PDF of your presentation as a backup and to share with attendees after the event (unless your contract prohibits).
- If you will have audio or video embedded in your presentation, you must let us know in advance.
- We will have presenter notes on the laptop on podium; room screen will show slides only. (If you don't need your notes, we can simply mirror the slides if you prefer.)
- If you are using your own laptop:
- Please still send us a copy of your presentation to load to the event's laptop as a backup in case of connectivity issues. We will also need a PDF to put on the post-event landing page for attendees (unless your contract prohibits this).
- Arrive at the event by 8:00 a.m. (for morning sessions) or test your hookup in your room during lunch time (for afternoon sessions). If you are unsure what time your session begins, check the event agenda.
- YOU ARE ALSO RESPONSIBLE FOR SETTING YOUR LAPTOP SYSTEM TO MIRROR YOUR SCREEN AND SHOW YOUR PRESENTER NOTES. See this document for additional details and examples. Please be sure you understand your system before arriving on the day.
- Please be in your room 10 minutes before your session begins to meet with the room host. The room host will introduce you at the beginning of your session and dismiss attendees to next session at end.
- Apparel: you will need to wear something to which we can clip the lavalier microphone, such as a pocket or belt.
- Breakout content:
- Sessions are 50 minutes long. Plan for 40-45 minutes of content and 5-10 minutes of Q&A.
- Please ensure your presentation is focused on actionable takeaways regardless of what platform/tool the audience uses (i.e. avoid sales-y content). It is fine to have a CTA at end of your deck to learn more about your tool/company.
- If you want to see examples of past presentations, see the recordings and PDFs here.
Email your presentation to Mary (mrockman@weidert.com).
